Through my academic and professional experience, I have had the opportunity to attend various academic, and non-academic conferences. The highlights include the following.
In October 2021, I attended the Atlantic Provinces Political Sciences Association Annual Conference, hosted by St. Francis Xavier University in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. At the conference, I presented a paper on the 2019 Northwest Territories Election, which was based on work from my undergraduate thesis. This paper is in the process of being published as part of the Report from the Provinces section of the Canadian Political Science Review. Funding to cover the travel costs of the conference were generously provided by the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship at McGill University. The presentation slides can be found here. The program from the conference can be found here.
In the spring of 2022, I attended two graduate student conferences to present preliminary results for my MA thesis. In April, I travelled to Quebec City for the CSDC conference, and in May, I participated in the McGill Institute for the Study of Canada graduate student workshop, which was hosted remotely. Presentation slides can be found here. The program for the CSDC conference can be found here.
